HEREAS a doubt has arisen whether the person who signed the deed of sale to Her Majesty of the interest of Tuehu Pomare in the above block was the person entitled to sign the same: Notice is hereby given that an inquiry as to the above matter will be held by the Native Land Court sitting at Hastings on Friday, the 25th day of June, 1897, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow. All persons interested are hereby notified to attend.
