A1 GOLD-MINING COMPANY (NO LIABILITY).

I, THE undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 15th day of April, 1897, resolved on.

WHEREAS certain dealings have been presented for registration affecting the land comprised in Vol. xxxi., folio 240, of the Register-book, being Section 5 of Block VII. of the Whangaroa Survey District, and evidence adduced of the loss of the duplicate certificate of title:
Now, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such dealings at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, without requiring the production of the said duplicate certificate of title.
