I N pursuance of an O rder in C ouncil, d ated the 22nd day of M arch, 1897, authorising the N ative Land C ourt to ex ercise its j urisdictio n under subsectio n (10) of section 14 of "The N ative Land C ourt A c t, 1894," in respect of the land described in the S chedule hereto, and to determine whether the said land, or any part thereof, w as, on the investigation of title thereto, intended by the N ative Land C ourt, or by the no minal ow ner or ow ners of such land, to be held by such no minal ow ner or ow ners in trust for N atives not named in the title, and to determine w ho are the N atives (if any) entitl ed benefi cially to such land, and to order the in clusion of such N atives in the title, either together w i th or in lieu of the no minal ow ners or any of them, and for the purpose aforesaid to order the cancellation or am endment of any existing instrument of title, and the issue of such new C row n gr ants or other instru ments of title as may be necessary, and generally to ex ercise in respect of the said land all the j urisdictio n and pow ers conferred on the N ative Land C ourt by subsectio n (10) of section 14 of "The N ative Land C ourt A c t, 1894," it is hereb y notifi ed that at a sitting of the N ative Land C ourt to be held at T apu aeharur u, T a u po, on the 21st day of A pril, 1897, and su cceeding days, the C ourt w ill proceed to in quire into the above case, in accordan ce w i th the ter ms of the said O rder in C ouncil.
