DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned FREDERICK ROBERT DENTON, ISAAC EPHRAIM DENTON, THOMAS WILLIAM DENTON, and ALBERT EDWARD DENTON, carrying on business at East Eyreton, Loburn, and Waikari, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, as Farmers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent so far as regards the said Frederick Robert Denton, who has retired from the partnership. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the remaining partners.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by WILLIAM ROLLITT and GUY GLADSTONE MEREWETHER, under the style of “The Hororata Milling Company,” at Hororata, in the trade or business of Flour-millers, Grain Merchants, and Commission Agents, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 1st day of April, 1897.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by WILLIAM BARNSDALE and ROBERT NORTE, under the firm of “Barnsdale and Northe,” at Petane, in the trade or business of Manure-manufacturers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that the said William Barnsdale will receive and pay all moneys owing to or payable by the late firm.
