  1. The name of the company is to be the Turakina Gold dredging Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is on the Manuherikia River, near Manorburn Junction, Alexandra, South Otago.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at 24, Manse Street, Dunedin.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is four thousand pounds, in four thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is four thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is one thousand.

  8. The name of the Manager is Andrew John Park.
