NOTICE is hereby given that, by order dated this the 19th day of March, 1897, the above honourable Court ordered that the estate of William Ricketts, late of Oamaru, Watchmaker, deceased, should cease to be administered by the Executrix, Louisa Ricketts, and that the same should be administered by Edward Alfred Atkinson, of Oamaru, Deputy of the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy of the Judicial District of the Supreme Court of Otago and Southland, under the provisions of "The Administration Act 1879 Amendment Act, 1888." And notice is further given that a general meeting of the creditors of the deceased debtor will be held, at the office of Mr. E. A. Atkinson, Tyne Street, Oamaru, on Wednesday, the 31st day of March, 1897, at the hour of 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
