I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Golden Site Extended Gold-mining Company
as a limited company under the provisions of “The
Mining Companies Act, 1894,” and amendments.

1. The name of the company is to be the Golden Site
   Extended Gold-mining Company (Limited).

2. The place of operations is at Wilson’s River, Preserva-
   tion Inlet.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
   Esk Street, Invercargill.

4. The nominal capital of the company is eighty-five
   thousand pounds, in eighty-five thousand shares of one pound
   each.

5. The number of shares subscribed for is fifty-seven
   thousand six hundred and fifteen, being not less than two-
   thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.

7. The amount already paid up is forty-four thousand and
   sixty-two pounds, which includes fifty thousand shares
   issued as seventeen shillings and sixpence paid up.

8. The name of the Manager is Richard Allen.

9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
