IT is hereby notified that, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section 9 of “The Fisheries Conservation Act, 1884,”

have been appointed officers for the purposes of that Act for the Counties of Hawke’s Bay, Waipawa, Patangata, and Wairoa, and all boroughs situated within the said counties.
