In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the amendments thereof; and of the Ceylon and Indian Tea Association (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the office of Mr. S. Solomon, Solicitor, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 23rd day of January, 1897, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed:—

  1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”
  2. “That Mr. Edward Withers be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the property.”
