Plans returned to surveyors for correction are to be at once amended as directed, and be returned to the Chief Surveyor.

All plans for use under the Land Transfer Act are to be signed by the proprietor of the land, or by his lawfully-authorised attorney or agent.

All plans shall show on the face of them the town district, borough, or road district within which the land is situated.
-
These regulations shall come into force on and after the 15th day of February, 1897.
