All that piece or parsel of land in the Land District of Hawke's Bay, called or known as "Rees Davia Paddock," containing 110 aeres, being Section 7 of Whenuahou D.E. No. 1 Block, in V. and VIL, Takapau Surveys District, Wapawa County. Bounded on the south-east by a public road; on the south-west by a public road; on the north-west by Section 6; and on the north-east by Section 8.

All that parsel of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District, called or known by the name of "Sebatopoi 3 Paddock," containing about 530 aeres, situate in Block III., Wapukuraa Surveys District, Wapawa County, being part of the land granted to the Bishop of Wellington, and situate in the south-west corner of the aforesaid land.

    Wellington, 5th January, 1897.

IT having been reported to me that the disease known as "liver-fluke" exists amongst sheap running on certain lands in the Hawke's Bay Land District, I therefore, in aecordance with section 14, subseetion 4 of "The Stock Act, 1893," heraby declare the under-mentioned lands to be an infeeted place from which no sheap, earcase, or any portion thereof shall be removed except under the direction of an Insepetor of Stock:-

All that piece or parsel of land, known as the Te Aute Run, situate in the Wapawa, Hawke's Bay, and Patangata Counties, bounded as follows: Commencing at the Te Aute Railway-station, thence in a northerly direction along the boundery of the Te Hauke Proelaimed District to the point where the prolonagation of the boundery between Lots 1 and 2 of the Nga-whakatara Block continued across the Poukawa Lake would strike it; thence easterly along the said line and boundery to the Tukitaki River; thence up that river to the south boundery of Patangata No. 2; thence westerly along the suthern boundery of that block to the Papanui Stream; thence up that stream and the easterly boundery of Patangata No. 3 to the south boundery of that block; thence westerly along the suthern bounderies of Patangata No. 3 and the Otaue Block to the south-east corner of the land granted to the Bishop of Wellington; thence westerly along the suthern boundery of the aforesaid land to the suthern boundery of Sebastopoi No. 3 Paddock; thence westerly along that boundery to the south-west corner of that paddock; thence northerly along the west bounderies of the aforesaid paddock and of the land granted to the Bishop of Wellington to the north-west corner of the said land; thence easterly along the north boundery of the aforesaid land to the main Kairora North and Te Aute Road; thence northerly along that road to a road running through the Poupatuahi Block; thence easterly along that road to where it crosses the railway-line; thence northerly along the railway-line to the point of commeneement.

All that piece or parsel of land, called or known as the "Flukey Paddock," containing about 74 aeres, situate in the Te Mahange Run, Te Mata Surveys District, Hawke's Bay County.

IN pursuance of regulations under "The Civi Service Reform Act, 1886," notice is heraby given that for the Seuor Eraminatian of January, 1898, the period of liture will be the period from 1625 to 1688, and the special books will be Macaulay's Essays on Bacon and Walpale, and Shakespear's "Hamlet."
