In the matter of the Tokomaru No. 2B Block, and of an appeal by Llewellyn Smith, Esq., District Surveyor at Gisborne, against the decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 15th day of November, 1897, confirming a lease of the said land from the Native owners to Henri Loisel.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
