NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT WATER-RACE.
Hauraki, 29th June, 1896.
To the Warden at Paeroa.
I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water-race to divert and use water for mining purposes, commencing at a point on the Raparapahoe River near the termination of the water-race applied for by J. Fleming, and terminating at the junction of the Wairapukau Stream with the Raparapahoe River.
The length of such race is two miles or thereabouts, and its intended course is north-easterly down the banks of the said Raparapahoe River.
Marked out on the 29th day of June, 1896.
Mark on posts, V.
The mean depth of such race is 4ft. 6in., and the mean breadth is 3ft. 6in.; and it is proposed to divert twenty Government heads of water.
Cost of construction: £1,500.
Time required for construction: Twelve months.
Number and date of miner’s right: No. 4584; dated 23rd September, 1895.

NOTICE is hereby given that at extraordinary general meetings of the above-named association, duly convened, and held respectively on the 30th day of October and the 27th day of November, 1896, the subjoined special resolution was duly passed and confirmed:—
“That the association be wound up voluntarily under ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’ ”
And at such last-mentioned meeting GEORGE CHARLES WAUDBY MORRIS, of Auckland, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.
