APPLI CATION having been made to me to register a re-entry under Leases 302 and 337, affecting parts of Section 65, Town of Wanganui, being the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. lxx., folio 230, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of Lease 302, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said Lease 302, and register the re-entry as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 28th day of December, 1896.

THE FAIRPLAY NEWSPAPER COMPANY (LIMITED). A T an extraordinary general meeting of this company, held on Friday, the 20th instant, the following resolutions were carried : 1. "That the Fairplay Newspaper Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound up." 2. "That Charles Henry Browning and William Henry Quin be appointed Liquidators to wind up the said company, without remuneration." Dated the 23rd November, 1896.
