Bankruptcy Notices.

In Bankruptcy.—In the Supreme Court, held at Gisborne.

NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM GRAHAM JACKSON,
of Tuparos, Farmer, was this day adjudged bankrupt;
and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be held
at my office, on the 30th day of November, 1896, at 2.30
o'clock.

In Bankruptcy.—In the District Court of Wairarapa, helden
at Masterton.

A DIVIDEND on all proved accepted claims in the under-
mentioned estate will be payable at my office on and
after Thursday, the 26th November, 1896:—
William Frederick Sinclair, Coach-proprietor, Pahiatua,
20s. in the pound (first and final).

NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts
and balance-sheets in respect of the under-mentioned
estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon,
have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby
further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court to
be held on Monday, the 7th day of December, 1896,
I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the admi-
nistration of the said estates.
