All that paroel of land in the Land District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurernent 2,769 aores, more or less,
sitaate in Blooks I., II., and V., Whangarei Suroey District,
and bounded towards the north by Forost Resserve, 15750
links; towards the east by the Kopuatoetoe Block, 2654
links, and the Waitangl River; towards the south generally
by the Te Maruata Block, 11150 links and 648 links, the
Patanul River, and the Reretiti Block, 1522 links and 4590
links; towards the west by the Mangakino River and the
Kahakaharco No. 2 Block, 384 links, 4024 links, and 2050
links: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the
offic of the Chief Survegor, Auckland. Annuar rent, £25.

Valuation for foneing, 180 ohains, £27.
This run is sitaated about one mile and a half from Atohol
Tounship by main road. The country is high and broken,
of slate forrnation, and fairly grassed with white tussock,
mostlg well watered. Heigbt above sea-level rangoes from
900ft. to 3,300ft.
Pessession will be given on the day of sale.
Purchasers must depost the stautory doelaration required
by section 195 of "The Land Act, 1892,\" and pay the sum
of the first half-year's rent and license-foe on the fall of the
hamrner. The valuation for improvemonts must be paid
to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Invercargill, before the
licensee will be let into possossion.

with good native grasses; height above sea-level, from 400ft.
to 600ft.; distance from Otautau, about thirly-thrso miles.
Run 519: Broken pastoral country; soif heavy, with clay
bottom; well watered, and covered with good native grasses;
height above sea-level, from 350ft. to 800ft.; distance from
Otautau, about thirly miles.
