1. The name of the company is to be Kaitoke Gold- and Silver-mining Company (No Liability).

2. The place of operations (or intended operations) is at Great Barrier.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated at 10 and 11, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Auckland.

4. The value of the company’s property, including claim or lease ground and machinery, is two thousand pounds.

5. The number of shares in the company is eighty thousand, of one shilling each.
