NOTICE is hereby given that the Native Appellate Court will sit at Whanganui on the 20th day of November, 1896, to hear and determine the appeal against the decision of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
