IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT
OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and of an application by TAITUHA HINGAIA and others, under section 39 of the said Act, to be included in the title to that part of the Manuaitu-Aotea Block which was named by the Court on the subdivision thereof “Manuaitu.”

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me as Chief Judge of the said Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the several orders of the Court determining the title to the Manuaitu Block be amended by adding the names of the twenty-two persons named in the Schedule hereto to the list of owners in the said block for undefined interests therein.
