Native Land Court Office, Wellington, 6th October, 1896.

NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting of the Native Appellate Court advertised to take place at Whanganui on the 20th August, 1896, and adjourned to the 8th October, 1896, has been further adjourned to the 28th October, 1896, at the same place.

"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."—Te Reureu No. 2 Block.—In the Native Appellate Court, New Zealand.

In the matter of the Te Reureu No. 2 Block, and of an appeal made by Reweti te Rakaherea from the decision of the Native Land Court, dated the 6th day of December, 1895, upon the investigation of the title to the above-named block.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar of the Court and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn, and that such withdrawal has been approved by the Chief Judge.
