Rural Land in Wellington open for Sale or selection.

GLASGOW, Govenor.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and thity-sixth section
of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Eari of Glagow, the Govenor of the Colong of New Zealnd, having received the
report of the Surveor-General in this behalt, as in the said section is provided, do herebv declare that the rual land
enumerated in the Schedile hereto shall be open for sale or selection on and after the twentv-sixth day of November, one
thousand eight hundred and ninty-six ; and also that the land mentioned in the said Schedile may, at the option of
the applicat, be purchased for cash, or be selected for oceupation with right of purchase or on leae in perpctuity, or, in
respeet of any land containing or supposed to contain any metal, mincral, or valuable stone, be selected on leae in
perpctuity only ; and I do herebv also fix the price at which the said land shall be sold, occpied, or leaed, as mentioned
in the said Schedile hereto, and do declare that the said land shall be sold, occpied, or leaed under and subject to the
provisims of "The Land Act, 1892. "
