Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Wellington, 16th September, 1896.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the grant of any such patent. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.

No. 7995.—22nd October, 1895.—JOHN GEORGE OATES, of 42, Lambton Quay, Wellington, New Zealand, Farmer. An invention for an improved windmill. (Specification, 11s.; drawings, 16s.)*

No. 8068.—15th November, 1895.—JOHN HART, of Hobson Street, Auckland, New Zealand, Fruit Dealer, and WILLIAM EDMUND HUMPHREYS, of Karangahape Road, Newton, Auckland aforesaid, Animal-trainer.
