Land in Canterbury for Sale by Public Auction.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by the one hundred and thirteenth section of "The
Land Act, 1892," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday,
the fourth day of November, one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-six, as the time at which the lands enumerated
in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and
I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be
sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite
the description of such lands respectively.

Auction.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by the one hundred and thirteenth section of "The
Land Act, 1892," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the
sixth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and
ninety-six, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the
Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do
hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as
those mentioned in the said Schedule.

Trustees for Waikiekie Cemetery appointed.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby remove all Trustees
previously appointed for the Waikiekie Public Cemetery,
described in the warrant of the Governor dated the fourth
day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
one, and do hereby appoint the several persons whose
names are specified in the first column of the Schedule
hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and
care of the said Waikiekie Public Cemetery, specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

Thomas Cox, All that parcel of land in the
Harry Hilford, Auckland Land District, being the
Robert Pidgeon, south-western portion of Section
Alexander Stephen, No. 49 of the Parish of Waikiekie,
Thomas Lowe, and containing by admeasurement
William Stead, and 3 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or
Arthur Edward Mason. less. Bounded towards the north-
east by the middle portion of Sec-
tion No. 49 of the Parish of Wai-
kiekie, 1265 links; towards the
south-west generally by a public
road, 225 links, by the southern
portion of Section No. 49 of the
same parish, 411 and 214 links, and
again by a public road, 382 and 200
links; and towards the north-west
by Section No. 50 of the parish
aforesaid, 410 links, to the point of
commencement: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this tenth day of September, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-six.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM FULLER PANNETT,
GEORGE RENNIE,
HENRY NEAL, and
JOHN LAWRY

to be Trustees, in the place of Thomas Avis Pannett,
William Pearson, James Gammack, and John Silvester, to
provide for the maintenance and care of the Springston
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other Trustees ap-
pointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency
the Governor, on the nineteenth day of March, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty-three.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this sixteenth day of September, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-six.
