Dairy Regulations and Land Alienable




SEPT. 10.].

  1. The Inspecter is herby authori ed and empowered to enter at any time on any dairy premises for any of the pur- poses of these regulations. Any person in anywise obstruct- ing him, or preven ing him from making any such entry, shall be deeme guilty of an offence.

  2. Any notice or certificate required to be served upon any dairyman or milk-vendor under these regulations shall be deeme to be sufficiently served either by giving the same to him personally or by leaving the same at his dairy pre- mises with any person emplo ed or resi ent there.

  3. Any person who shall do any act forbidden to be done or declared not to be lawful, or shall omit to do any act directed to be done, under or by any of the foregoing regula- tions, or shall in anywise obstruct any Inspecter, shall be deeme guilty of an offence, and shall be liable for every such offence to a penalty not exee ing £50, and in every case where such offence shall be a continuing one, then to a penalty not exee ing £50 for every day or part of a day during which such offence shall continue.

  4. These regulations may be cie as "The Dairies In- spection Regula ions.”

T ke notice that, until noti cation to you of the cancellation of the above certi cate, under Regulaion 21 of the Dairies Inspeion Regulaions, you, the above-mentioned , are forbidden—
(a.) To mix any milk from your dairy premises (or from your said ows) with other milk;
(b.) To sell or use for human food any such milk;
(c.) To sell or use for the food of swine or other animals any such milk, unless and until it shall have been boiled.

Removal of Restric ions on Alienaion of Natiue Land.

GLASGOW, Governo .

W HER EAS application has been made to the Governo hereto, praying that the restric ions on the alienaion of such land contained in the C own grant bear ing date the twen y- irst day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sev enty, may be removed: And wher eas inq uiry has been d ly made by the Natiue Land Court, and the said Court has recommended that such restric ions be removed:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governo of the Col ony of New Zeal and, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the ifty- second section of "The Natiue Land Court Act, 1894," and in accor dance with the recommendaion of the Natiue Land Court, doth herby order and declare that all restric ions impo ed by the said C own grant on the alienaion of the said land are herby removed.

SCHEDULE.

All that par el of land, containing 25 a res, being the Otaere Block, Bay of I lands, held under C own grant date 21st January, 1870, in favour of Pehimana Pou and Pehara, and containing the following restric ions: "Inalienable by sale, or by lea se for a longer period than twen y- one years, or by mortg age, except with the consent of the Governo being previously obtained to every such sale, lea se, or mortg age.”
