Regulations.

All goods specified, and not otherwise provided for, will be
charged in acoordance with the classifed rates in the preceding
tables, but subject to the following conditions and regulations,
viz. :β€”

(1.) Goads from different consignors to one consignee, or
from one consignor to different consignees, will be
charged separaely.

(a.) Goads of Classes A, B, C, D, E, from one consignor to
one consignee, will be charged at the classifed rate,
or at the rates prescried by Pats III., V., or V.
hereof, as may be provided, except the charge at
scale for small lots amounts to more.

(b.) Except as provided for in claus (c) and (d), consignm-
ents of goods consisng of different classes from one
consignor to one consignee will be charged separaely
or as one consignment of the highest class to which
either of them belons.

(c.) When goods chargeable at the classifed rates, and not at
the scale for small lots, are sent along with small
lots, such goods may be charged separaely, and the
small lots may be treated indepedently under
claus (b).

(d.) Goads of Classes E, F, N, P, or Q, from one consignor
to one consignee, whether accompaned by goods of
other classes or not, may be charged separaely, or
grouped together in one or more lots. The rate and
minimum weight for each group shall each be the
highest in the group.
