In Bankruptcy.—In the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago
and Southland District.

In the matter of “ The Bankruptcy Act, 1892 ”; and in the
matter of William Grant, of Oamaru, Draper, a debtor.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order was this day
made by his Honour Mr. Justice Williams, appointing
the Official Assignee for the Otago and Southland District
to be the Receiver and Manager of the estate of the said
William Grant, and directing him to take immediate posses-
sion of the property and business of the said debtor.

rewa, Bushman, was this day adjudged bankrupt;
