FERRYMAN.—The Lessor having re-entered for non-pay-
ment of rent, it is my intention to notify such re-entry upon
the Register, in Vol. xxix., folio 111, at the expiration of one
month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

ration having been lodged of the loss of the outstanding

intend to dispense with the production of the said duplicate
mortgages and give effect to the said discharge unless caveat

In the matter of the Equitable Insurance Association of
New Zealand.
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of
"The Companies Act, 1882," that a General Meeting
of the members of the above-named Association will be held
at the Chamber of Commerce, Crawford Street, Dunedin,
on Friday, the 23rd day of October, 1896, at 2.30 o'clock in
the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid
before them showing the manner in which the winding-up
has been conducted and the property of the Association
disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be
given by the Liquidator; and also to determine by extra-
ordinary resolution the manner in which the books, ac-
counts, and documents of the Association, and of the
Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

I, FREDERICK GEORGE MORGAN, Registrar of the
Supreme Court for the District of Southland, do
hereby notify that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder
given, by WILLIAM ALFRED ROWE, Secretary of the Waianiwa
Dairy Factory Company (Limited), has been lodged in the
Stipendiary Magistrate's Court at Invercargill, and forwarded
to me; and that, unless notice of objection be lodged with me
within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the
said company to be dissolved in manner provided by "The
Companies Act, 1882."
