The Ourawera Gold-mining Company (Limited), Round Hill.

The directors have pleasure in placing before shareholders the third half-yearly report, also the balance-sheet, which clearly shows the position of the company, and the results of operations for the past six months. The reservoir, completed in March, has been a great convenience, and has enabled work to be carried on at times when otherwise it would have been completely stopped.
The retiring directors are Messrs. Thomas O'Brien and Wm. Horatio Hall, who are eligible and offer themselves for re-election.
(For the Directors)
JOHN FORSYTH,
Chairman.
