NOTICE is hereby given that his Honour Mr. Justice Williams has fixed Tuesday, the 4th day of August, 1896, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at his Chambers, in the Supreme Court House, at Dunedin, as the time and place for an appointment of an Official Liquidator of the above-named Association.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NORTHERN DISTRICT.

In the matter of “The Charitable Trusts Extension Act, 1886”; and in the matter of the sum of £1,212 4s. 4d., now in the hands of the Hon. Theodore Minet Haultain, Gentleman, Charles Alexander, Agent, and Robert Walker, Gum Merchant, all of Auckland (hereinafter called “the said trustees”).

NOTICE is hereby given that a scheme under the provisions of the above Act dealing with certain moneys in the hands of the said trustees, together with the report upon the said scheme of the Honourable the Solicitor-General of New Zealand, has been filed in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, by the said trustees, and the said scheme and report will be laid before his Honour Mr. Justice Conolly, a Judge of the said Court, for his consideration: And, further, that the said scheme and report now lie at the office of the said Court at Auckland, and are open for inspection by the public free of charge: And, further, that on Friday, the 14th day of August, 1896, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, or on the first day thereafter on which the Court shall sit in Chambers, his Honour Mr. Justice Conolly will proceed to hear and determine all matters relating to the said scheme, and make such order thereon as he shall think fit.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between ALBERT H. WOOLCOTT and S. HERBERT HARRISON as Grain and Produce Merchants is dissolved by mutual consent as from the 24th day of April, 1896.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR THE USE OF THE TURANGA ROAD BOARD, AUCKLAND.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken under “The Public Works Act, 1894,” for the purpose of securing a quarry for the use of the Turanga Road Board, Auckland: And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the area of the land so required to be taken is deposited as directed by the Board at the residence of Mr. Lemuel Henry White, of Whitford, Turanga Creek, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of such land shall, if they have any well-grounded objections thereto, set forth such objections in writing, and send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the residence of the said Mr. L. H. White.

SCHEDULE.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, and being portion of Lot No. 35, situated in the Parish of Maraetai, and originally granted to one William Chandler, of Maraetai aforesaid, settler, deceased, by Crown grant registered in the Deeds Register Office, at Auckland, as No. 7598.
