Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Wellington, 13th May, 1896.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the grant of any such patent. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.

No. 7824.—15th August, 1895.—MASSEY-HARRIS COMPANY (LIMITED), of Crawford Street, Dunedin, New Zealand, with Australasian Head Office at Melbourne, Victoria, and with Head Office in Toronto, Canada, Agricultural-implement Makers (assignees of Thomas Henry Lawrence, of Gordon Street, Caversham, Dunedin, New Zealand, Foreman Fitter). An invention for an improved feeder for use upon drills and other similar implements. (Specification, 12s. 6d.; drawings, £1.)

No. 7827.—14th August, 1895.—JAMES WISEMAN and JOHN WISEMAN, of Queen Street, Auckland, New Zealand, Wholesale Saddlers and Manufacturers. An invention entitled “Wiseman’s Acme Cover” for horses or other animals, for preventing the cover from chafing the body of animal, and to give freedom of action to the animal’s body and limbs; also, by the construction of the cover to prevent its falling off the animal.
