In the matter of the Opouriao Estate Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company, held at its
registered office, 193, Hereford Street, Christchurch, on the
10th day of March, 1896, the following special resolutions
were passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general
meeting of the said company, held at its said registered
office on the 9th day of April, 1896, the said resolutions
were duly confirmed, viz. :—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, under the
provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’ ”
“That Mr. George Gould be appointed Liquidator.”

I, CHARLES CARGILL KETTLE, Registrar of the Supreme
Court at Wanganui for the District of Wellington, do
hereby notify that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder
given, by the Chairman of Directors of the Pahiatua News-
paper Company (Limited) has been lodged in the Magistrate’s
Court at Pahiatua and forwarded to me, and that, unless
notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of
this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be
dissolved, in manner provided by “The Companies Act,
1882.”

on its business at Macetown, in the Provincial District of
Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand ; and that the office of
the said company in New Zealand will be at the company’s
gold-mining claim at Macetown aforesaid, where legal pro-
ceedings of any kind may be served upon the said company,
