NOTICE is hereby given that I, the undersigned EDWARD GRUBB, of the City of Christchurch, in the Colony of New Zealand, Mariner, have changed my name to EDWARD FORSYTH, and that I have taken and assumed, and intend henceforth from time to time and at all times hereafter to use and be called and known by, the name of Edward Forsyth, instead and in lieu of the name of Edward Grubb, which I have hitherto borne and used, and by which I have heretofore been called and known.
