Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the grant of any such patent. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.

NOTE.—With reference to the notice of acceptance of the complete specification in respect of Percy Arthur Hadley’s application for Letters Patent, No. 7543, for “An improvement in piles,” published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette No. 80, of the 31st October, 1895, it is hereby notified that Loring Bartlett Doe is the assignee of Robert B. Markle, of Westport, Mendocino, California, United States of America, who claims to be the actual inventor of the said invention.
