NOTICE is hereby given that the situation and locality
of the Office of the New Hauraki Gold Properties
(Limited) in New Zealand is at the office of Francis Hodge,
Ring's Road, Coromandel.

NOTICE is hereby given—(1) That the above-named
company carry on business at Karangahake, in the
Provincial District of Auckland, New Zealand; (2) that
the Office of the company is at Karangahake aforesaid; and
(3) that the Attorney of the said company in New Zealand
is FREDERICK RICHARD WILLIAMS DAW, whose address is
at the office of the company, at Karangahake aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the place of business or
Office of the company where any legal proceedings of
any kind may be served upon it, and to which notices of any
kind may be addressed or given, is situated at the offices of
John Chambers and Son, at Fort Street, in the City of
Auckland. And further take notice that, by deed bearing
date the 8th day of November, 1895, I was duly appointed
Attorney in New Zealand for the said company.
