such first elections; and also to appoint Thursday, the 16th
day of January, 1896, at 7.30 p.m., to be the time, and the
Fern Ridge Public Schoolhouse, Fern Ridge, Masterton, to
be the place, at which the first meeting of the Trustees
shall be held.
