I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 5th day of December, 1895, duly resolved on. The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing ninety thousand new shares of two shillings each (nil paid up) in addition to the sixty thousand shares now existing in the company.
