I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Bell Rock Gold-mining Company as a no-liability
company under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1894."

1. The name of the company is to be the Bell Rock Gold-
   mining Company (No Liability).
2. The place of operations is at the Thames.
3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
   No. 119, Victoria Arcade, Auckland.
4. The value of the company's property, including claim
   or lease ground and machinery, is fifteen hundred pounds.
5. The number of shares in the company is eighty thou-
   sand, of five shillings each.
6. The number of shares subscribed for is sixty thou-
   sand.
7. The name of the Manager is Samuel Cochrane Macky.
8. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
   holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
