NOTICE is hereby given that JOHN BENNETT ATKINS and ARTHUR JAMES ATKINS, of Patea, carrying on business in copartnership under the style of “J. and A. Atkins,” Bakers, were this day adjudged bankrupts; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be held at the Court-house, Patea, on the 3rd day of December, 1895, at 2 o’clock.
