Whangaroa County.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
situate in Blocks IV. and VIII., Kaeo Survey District, and
Blocks I. and II., Kerikeri Survey District, containing ap-
proximately 2,500 acres. Bounded towards the north gene-
rally by unadjudicated Native land; towards the east by the
Takoa East Block; towards the south generally by Subdi-
visions Nos. 6 and 7 of Old Land-claim No. 19; and towards
the west generally by Section No. 24 of the Parish of Kaeo,
by Sections Nos. 1 and 3 of Block IV., Kaeo Survey District,
and by Te Rapa-o-te-Awha Stream, to the point of com-
mencement.
Description of land: Mostly open land of poor quality,
with a little forest, situate about five miles from Kaeo Post-
office.
Cash price, 7s. 6d. per acre; occupation with right of pur-
chase, 4·5d. per acre per annum; lease in perpetuity, 3·6d.
per acre per annum.

Whangarei County.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
situate in Block XI., Opuawhanga Survey District, and
Block I., Whangarei Survey District, and containing approxi-
mately 2,475 acres. Bounded towards the north-east gene-
rally by Sections Nos. 4, 23, 19, and 12 of Block XI., Opua-
whanga Survey District; towards the east by Blocks XII.,
Opuawhanga Survey District, and II., Whangarei Survey
District; towards the south generally by a forest reserve and
by the Maihorahia River; towards the south-west by Sec-
tions Nos. 67 and 50 of the Parish of Hikurangi; and towards
the north-west generally by Block XI., Opuawhanga Survey
District, and by Sections Nos. 22, 21, 10, and 11 of said
Block XI., Opuawhanga Survey District, and again by said
Section No. 10, to the point of commencement.
Description of land: Broken forest land, situate about
six miles from Otonga Post-office, and seven miles from
Hikurangi Post-office.
Cash price, 7s. 6d. per acre; occupation with right of pur-
chase, 4½d. per acre per annum; lease in perpetuity, 3·6d.
per acre per annum.

Land Act, 1892,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor
