Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Katie Gold-mining Company as a limited liability company under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1894."

1. The name of the company is to be the Katie Gold-mining Company (Limited).

2. The place of operations is at Coromandel.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated at 58, Queen Street, Auckland.

4. The nominal capital of the company is five thousand pounds, in one hundred thousand shares of one shilling each.

5. The number of shares subscribed for is sixty-seven thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

6. The number of paid-up shares is fifty thousand.

7. The amount already paid up is two thousand nine hundred and twenty-five pounds.

8. The name of the Manager is William Thomas James Bell.
