Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
eighth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act
Amendment Act, 1888," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify
and declare that
WILLIAM ALLISON,
being a person holding the office of Postmaster under "The
Post Office Act, 1881," at Raukokore, is authorised to take
and receive statutory declarations under the two hundred
and thirty-fourth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act,
1882."
As witness my hand, at Wellington, this fourteenth
day of October, one thousand eight hundred

HIS Excellency the Governor in Council has, in pur-
suance of the power and authority conferred by sec-
tions 12 and 73 of "The Harbours Act, 1878," appointed
JOHN SINCLAIR
to be the person who may remove any goods from any wharf,
or the approaches thereto, at Port Robinson, or from any
store or warehouse used in connection therewith, to any
premises of the Government or other convenient place, and
keep the same until payment of the expenses of such re-
moval and keeping of the goods.
