PHARMACY BOARD OF NEW ZEALAND.—TRIENNIAL ELECTION OF SEVEN MEMBERS.
NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of “The Pharmacy Act, 1880,” it is my intention to proceed to the election of seven persons, being registered chemists of New Zealand, to serve as members of the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand in place of the members of the Board whose period of office expires on the 31st December, 1895. All candidates must be nominated in the manner provided by the regulations on or before Thursday, the 24th day of October, 1895. Nomination papers in statutory form will be received by the Registrar at 53, Adelaide Road, Wellington, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., and must be delivered before 4 o’clock p.m. on the 23rd day of October. Should there be a greater number of persons nominated than the number required to fill such vacancies, a poll will be taken on the 7th day of November, 1895. As the head office of the Board will be situated in Auckland during the next three years, it is notified that of the seven persons nominated there should be four from the City of Auckland and one each from the other centres—Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago.
Nomination papers will be supplied on application to the Registrar, Wellington, or the Deputy Registrars at Auckland, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
