the British Empire Gold-mining Company as a no-
liability company under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1894."

1. The name of the company is to be the British Empire
   Gold-mining Company (No Liability).

2. The place of operations (or intended operations) is at
   Waitekauri, Hauraki Mining District.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
