of "The Road Boards Act, 1882."

SPECIAL ORDER.

THAT, for the purpose of providing for the annual interest
upon a loan of £350, to be raised under "The Government
Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," for the purpose of re-
pairing extraordinary damage done by flood to the Makara-
Ohariu Road, this Board do now make a special rate of
1/2d. in the pound, annually recurring for twenty-six years,
upon all the rateable property within the Makara Road Dis-
