NOTICE is hereby given that the Native Appellate Court will sit at Whanganui on the 15th day of October, 1895, to hear and determine the applications for rehearing of the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said applications are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

APPLICATIONS FOR REHEARING OF DECISIONS GIVEN PRIOR TO THE PASSING OF "THE NATIVE LAND COURT ACT, 1894."

15 Ngawai Tarawhiti (Wh. 211-1) .. Parewanui .. Decision, dated the 14th day of July, 1894, upon investigation of title to the land, so far as it extends to the subdivisions thereof numbered 6, 16, and 19A, to the interest of Hori te Mohi, deceased, in such subdivisions, on the ground that applicant and his brother, Taihuru, are the next-of-kin.
16 Wiari Rawiri (O. 558-7) .. Kakariki Ballast-pit .. Decision, dated the 31st day of August, 1894, apportioning the amount of compensation ordered to be paid in respect of ballast-pit.

[NOTE.—Either or both the above cases will be adjourned to Marton if desired by either party in each case.]
