NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken
out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in
the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to
administer the several intestate estates of the persons
deceased whose names, residences, and occupations, so far as
known, are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross
properties being estimated not to exceed £250 in each case.

Small Grazing-runs, Tairua and Whitianga Survey Districts,
Thames County, open for Lease on Application.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned
small grazing-runs will be open for lease on appli-
cation on and after Wednesday, the 6th day of November,
1895, at the rentals noted below. In the event of more than
one application being received for the same run on the same
day, priority of selection will be decided by ballot on the
following day at 11 a.m:—
THAMES COUNTY.
Second-class Pastoral Country.
Run No. 21, Block IV., Tairua, and Block XIV., Whitianga
Survey Districts: 2,420 acres; annual rental, £15 2s. 6d.;
principally open fern land, with small patches of bush in
gullies, and some swamp. Situated two to three miles from
Post-office, Tairua, and fronting Tairua River and sea-coast.
Run No. 22, Blocks III., IV., and VII., Tairua Survey
District: 5351 acres; annual rental, £33 8s. 11d.; com-
prises about one-fifth mixed forest, balance fern and tea-tree
land with some swamp. Situated on Tairua River.
Run No. 23, Blocks II., III., VI., and VII., Tairua: 4,716
acres; annual rental, £29 9s. 6d.; about 450 acres forest,
balance open fern and tea-tree land. Situated about six
miles from Tairua Post-office, and fronting Tairua River.
Plans and full particulars of the runs may be obtained on
application at this office.

Parish of Tahawai, Section 2, containing 16 acres 3 roods:
Upset annual rent, £1.
Term of lease: Seven years, without right of renewal.
No compensation for improvements during either the cur-
rency or at the termination of the lease, but the lessee will
have the right to remove any fences or buildings that may
have been erected.

These sections are a subdivision of the above section,
which is situated in the Pahiatua Village Settlement, and
distant from the proposed Mangatainoka Railway-station
about 70 chains. The land is level, with good alluvial soil
on a gravel formation, and is cleared and in grass.

This section is distant about ten miles from Pahiatua, and
the last four miles is by a surveyed road only, the balance
being a formed road. The land is broken, and lies at an
altitude of about 1,500ft. The soil is good, on a limestone
formation, heavily timbered, and fairly well watered.
Note.—There are outstanding rates, £1 14s., due to the
Pahiatua County Council on Section 15, Block I.
TERMS OF SALE.
One-fifth of the purchase-money, together with the
amount with which the section is weighted for improve-
ments (if any), to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and
