THAMES GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
SPECIAL RESOLUTION: PASSED, 3RD JULY, 1895; CONFIRMED,
19TH JULY, 1895.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the Thames
Gold-mining Company (Limited), duly convened, and
held at the Chamber of Commerce, New Zealand Insurance
Buildings, Auckland, on Wednesday, 3rd July, 1895, the
subjoined special resolution was duly passed: viz., "That
the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions
of 'The Companies Act, 1882.'" And at a subsequent
extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also
duly convened, and held at the same place, on Friday, 19th
July, 1895, the subjoined special resolution was duly con-
firmed: viz., "That the company be wound up voluntarily
under the provisions of 'The Companies Act, 1882.'" And
at such meeting Mr. John Young, of Auckland, was ap-
pointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

Insurance Buildings, Auckland, on Friday, the 2nd day of
August, 1895, the subjoined special resolution was duly
passed: viz., "That the company be wound up voluntarily
under the provisions of 'The Companies Act, 1882.'" And
at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said
company, also duly convened, and held at the same place, on
Tuesday, the 20th day of August, 1895, the subjoined special
resolution was duly confirmed: viz., "That the company be
wound up voluntarily under the provisions of 'The Com-
panies Act, 1882.'" And at such last meeting Mr. Alfred
Hobson Gosset was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of
such winding-up.
