Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Patent Office,
Wellington, 23rd January, 1895.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-men-
tioned applications for Letters Patent have been ac-
cepted, and are open to public inspection at this office.
Any person may, at any time within two months from the
date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate,
of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in
such notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee
of 10s. is payable with such notice:—

No. 6960.—28th June, 1894.—GEORGE JAMES ADDISON
RICHARDSON, Accountant, and GEORGE WILLIAM BRODRICK,
Solicitor, both of Invercargill, New Zealand. An invention
entitled "The Richardson-Brodrick Direct-lever Push-
handles and -levers for Mortise and other Locks for Doors
and Drawers." (Specification, 9s. 6d.; drawings, £1 10s.)*

ganui, New Zealand, Farmer. An invention for improve-
ments in sheep-shears. (Specification, 5s. 6d.; drawings, 5s.)

No. 7372.—15th January, 1895.—JOSEPH EBENEZER POT-
TER, of Wellington, New Zealand, Retired Boot-manufac-
turer. An invention for improvements in the manufacture
of boot-uppers, to be known as "The Acme Boot-upper."
Specification, 1s 6d.; drawings, 7s. 6d.)

No. 7374.—15th January, 1895.—OSCAR CHRISTIAN HEI-
DEN, of Nelson Street, Wellington, New Zealand, Mining
Expert. An invention for improvements in the method and
apparatus for extracting gold and silver from ores. (Specifi-
cation, 10s.; drawings, 15s.)

No. 7375.—16th January, 1895.—JOSIAH BEARDMORE, of
Takaka, Nelson, New Zealand, Carpenter. An invention
for a dressmakers' companion or hand-kilter and designer.
(Specification, 6s.; drawings, 5s.)

No. 7377.—17th January, 1895.—JOHN TINDALL, of Kai-
kora, Cattle-speyer, and HENRY ABBOT, of Kereru, Settler,
both in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. An invention for curing
stomach-worm scours and lung-worm in sheep, to be called
"Tindall and Abbot's Stomach-worm Mixture." (Specifica-
tion, 1s. 6d.)

No. 7378.—18th January, 1895.—JOSEPH FISHBURN, of
Niagara Hall, Westminster, London, England, Gentleman
(assignee of Felix Unsöld, of Munich, Bavaria, German
Empire, Engineer). An invention for improvements in and
relating to ice-rinks. (Specification, 10s.; drawings, 15s.)

No. 7380.—19th January, 1895.—EDWIN NEWMAN LEGGE,
of Auckland, New Zealand, Fruit Merchant.—An invention
for an apparatus for the packing of dried fruit or vegetables
in vegetable parchment. (Specification, 1s. 6d.; drawings,
7s. 6d.)

No. 7385.—21st January, 1895.—ERNEST ALFRED WAKE-
MAN, Carpenter, and HERBERT WAKEMAN, Plumber, both of
Moir Street, Wellington, New Zealand. An invention for an
improved method of and apparatus for beating eggs. (Speci-
fication, 4s. 6d.; drawings, 3s.)

lodged.

The date of acceptance of each application is given after
the number.
