Notice of Enquity under Section 118 of "The Natio Land
Court Act, 1894.\""

WHERAS John Webster, of Hokiange, a person claim-
ing to have purchased from certain of the Natio
owner shares or interests in the Maungarua B Block, and
to have been prior to the date of the passing of "The Natio
Land Court Act, 1894," in negotiaton for the purchase of
certain other shares or interests therein, has notifed such
claim to the Chief Juge of the Natio Land Court, and to
the Commisioner of Crwon Lands for the Auckland District,
and has requested that an inquity into the circumstances
therof may be held as provided by section 118 of the said
Act: And wherass the Chief Juge has referred the said
claim to a Juge of the Natio Land Court for inquity as
aforesaid: I herby give notice that such inquity will be
hold at the Supreme Court Buildngs, at Auckland, on the
26th day of August, 1895, at 10 a.m.
