A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by the one hundred and sixty-eighth section of
"The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the allotments of Crown land respectively
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are
hereby set apart and declared open for lease as village settle-
ments.

twenty-fourth day of July, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the sixth section of "The Land
Act, 1892," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from and
after the day of the date hereof the Proclamation of the
eighth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-
three, so far as it relates to the sections mentioned in the
Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby revoked,
and do proclaim and declare that the said sections are hereby
withdrawn from sale as village-homestead allotments.
